Welcome to precision healthcare with a personal touch. I’m Dr. Hannah Murphy, your compassionate ally with a seasoned background in community medical practice. Boasting years of experience and a fervent interest in women’s health and dermatology, I bring a depth of knowledge and a passion for patient care that sets me apart. With a diploma in sexual and reproductive health since 2012, I am adept at navigating the delicate intricacies of women’s health issues with an empathetic and skilled hand.
The journey of motherhood is close to my heart, and as a mother who has personally faced the hurdles of breastfeeding and tongue tie, I am intimately equipped to support mothers facing similar challenges. In collaboration with my colleague, Mrs. Helen Pierce – paramedic and IBCLC lactation consultant – we offer comprehensive care for breastfeeding and tongue tie concerns that intertwine expertise with empathy.
I achieved my diploma in dermatology with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland in 2023. My approach to dermatological care is rooted in thorough consultation and tailored treatment. Moreover, I believe in unhurried, attentive medical consultations, which is why I offer 45-minute appointments (four times the conventional time) because your health deserves a spotlight, not a stopwatch. Recognising the gaps and prolonged waiting times that families face within the NHS for tongue tie release, I am committed to offering prompt GP appointments and swift interventions to alleviate this distressing concern for both mother and child.
